the dressing combination seems to be working and she has tried a smaller xupad. soon be time for big patches rather than all that...

Hi everyone...
So this morning i go to dressings clinic dispondant that nothing is working to keep the dressings in place and they always end up around my ankle.
So we do the usual routing of prontosan soak for 10 minutes, then she debrides and cleans as much as possible before i hit the ceiling then the top 1/4 of the wound gets touched.
then fucibet cream and a double layer of jelonet. gauze then xupad. the whole leg washed and greased. a patch put on the blister to try and get it healed.

My life has carried on with 3 weekly treatments, so about 7 days between after recovering from one before getting bloods done for the next. My oncologist can't believe how quickly I have responded, so the cancer not only grows quick, it gets rid of it quick!. I am hopeful that after next week (treatment 6) I will be able to have a break, and enjoy some time being retired and feeling well........
My Mothers doctors and some nurses speak to us like we are fools and tell us lies about her treatment what the outcome maybe and how she is being cared for I have had to remind them to speak to me like an adult im 50 not 15 has anyone had this type of treatment from the hospital?
My Mother was under anaesthetic 3 for nearly 15 hours for the first week and a half post op she seemed fine but then she started saying some really strange things and she was fine before the operation. It has now been over 3 weeks and she seems to of got worse instead of better. She thinks the nurses are trying to kill her she is seeing water pouring through the ceiling she says someone is coming to slit her throat and thats just some of it. I was hoping someone could help me with some informati...
