    Steve E

Had my follow up appointment today and thought it was all done and dusted at Christmas after having my bladder cancer operation 3 days before Christmas and allowed to go home on the 23 December.

How wrong can a person be. So saw the lovely nurse today and thought the bottom had dropped out of my world. To be told I had had a aggressive type tumor and would be starting more treatment in a week or so.

And to put the icing on top of the cake I am told I have a 3 cm cyst on my left kidney that is going...

Although delayed he has had a his CT scan and his Echocardiogram, bloods and Oncologist update...

It is amazing to report, that Dal continues to do well, the bloods continue to remain very good, the lymph nodes around his stomach are returning to normal, his chest/lungs though weaker than they previously were, and showing slight sign on infection...

Protecting your mental health on the Online Community

The Online Community is a big source of support for lots of members. It can be a comfort to read that other members are going through a similar experience to you. However, it’s important to look after yourself online. Sometimes we may need different types of support depending on how we’re feeling. Sometimes it can be difficult to read posts where other people are talking about their experiences, even if those experiences are similar to yours. We want you to feel you can be honest and use the Online...

After such difficult times throughout the last few years, finding fresh energy for the new year and hope for the future is arguably harder than ever.
