What a turn around, yesterday was one little setback after another, it was so dispiriting, was glad to go to bed at the end of it.
Today everything fell into place, good timing for meds and energy, we got to the beach, I wheeled and Jeff walked along the prom. It was mild and quiet. We had our flask of coffee and just hung out. Am so happy.
