Hi Everyone,
Hoping to find another similar case….My father has just been diagnosed with Mesothelioma following pathology results from a needle biopsy. He was a very strong, fit and healthy 66year old up until Dec 2011. Since then he has rapidly developed debilitating symptoms which have left him effectively bed-ridden. The hospital believe his symptoms are a result of a Paraneoplastic Syndrome caused by
Mesothelioma. He has no normal symptoms of Mesothelioma. There seem to be anomalies and...
So, my dad.! Typical Yorkshire man - very loud, very tight, knows everything!
Smoked all his life, worked all his life, has the strength of an ox and never been poorly.

Agoraphobia has reduced my world to a very small space and going anywhere away from home is difficult...

She is also a Diabetic Consultant which is great. Now the question is, is Pat being a bit greedy here lol. I have warned him not to let it go to his head lol. Forgive my light hearted comments...
I haven’t blogged for a long time. I just need to vent. I apologise in advance.
I am just so tired. My husband has terminal bile duct cancer that has spread out. He is not doing well. He has been sick for nearly three years. They told us he had 3-9 months when first diagnosed and he has beaten the odds. But it has been a very difficult time emotionally and physically for him and for me too. (Not to mention the rest of the family.) He has an illeostomy and is constantly fighting leak problems...
