Took Mo to the doctors today at 3.30pm bit of a trek for her but managed,Brian took us down to the surgery to save me having trouble parking the car,helping Mo out ,walking to the surgery door things like that.The doctor asked Mo what she was worrying about most,she tried to answer and engage but found it hard with the tumour.I said to the doctor the need for emotional support and physical help I personally was finding hard as I am with Mo 24/7,watching things happen and Mo trying so hard to control...

Yesterday (Wed 7 Sep 11), my Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer derived from her bowel. She has been unwell for a number of years, has cirosis of the liver, anaemia, diabetes, polyps plus a number of other complaints. Ok so never blogged before but feel I need to unload and get the feelings out there and out of my head.
Do you feel like you are going mad? I look around at people and life and think - I was normal a few weeks ago now I feel like I am in a fog!
The waiting and not knowing what the outcome will be is just so wearing. I find myself in all kinds of scenarios.
I am still waiting for further tests and have no diagnosis.
I would like to write an upbeat blog at some stage - but today I just feel crap...
Before work I washed my hair and quite a lot came out, and I was
annoyed at it ruining my new pixi crop than actually losing all my hair
lol! ;)
Into work again today, but only until 2 as had to go and have my tubes
flushed - doesn't that sound delightful? ;) - and as I tired I went
straight home, or rather, to pick up Deri from school. She is more
cuddly than usual I have noticed. I think in her little 6 year old way
she is concerned about her ol' mum :) Also, the school organised a trip...
Just had my second follow up with Ms Cohen in London, following my second plaque treatment . Little change to tumour and I I expresed confusion over the different info / advice / or rather lack of it. She very helpfully has e mailed me 2 articles. Pretty unconfortable reading but at least the facts are there. Not sure if I can post these anywhere for general info, otherwise happy to share these with anyone who asks.

Today started off well took Mo down the town to Jempsons for a cup of tea & a sausage roll its the first time Mos been out since she came home over a week ago.Had a lovely day
she was a bit tired after so we came home so Mo could rest.About 6.30pm Mo had a mini seizure,shaky legs,arms and torso,slight rocking from left to right lasted approx 15-20
mins it passed but she neglected to tell me!!The next thing I know Mos shouting at me from the bedroom to call 999 as another seizure happened...
