Hope you are impressed... I opened up a new tab and had a look there...
After being told in Feb this year that one of my tumours had grown again, (I had 6 months of chemo in 2009) I was overjoyed to learn that I may be suitable for cyberknife as it seems that only this tumour is active. Being under one of the NHS London hospitals that were getting a cyberknife machine this summer, I felt that another 6 mnths of chemo to try and shrink it back down again first, would be worth it if it could be obliterated completely. then I started hearing all the rumblings about funding,...
Found out yesterday that my husbands sister is not a stem cell match for him! He took in quite badly actually - more panicky than anything, saying things like ... what if they cant find anyone.
I guess we move to the donor register now! Chemo begins 9th August

I feel this is slightly misleading "cancer experiences" doesn't quite fit someone who's in remission. I'm not quite sure how to start this or how to say what I want to say so apologies if I ramble somewhat.
Really I think I want this post to be a big smile because this week for the first time I had a muscle pain and didn't think it was cancer.
When I realised that I completely accepted and wasn't worried about my physio's diagnosis of a problem in my good shoulder it...
Seeing as I inflicted you all with my moaning and whining the other day about nowt really, I thought I would write some non-whiney stuff.... not sure if you will make it to the end or not, but it's good for me and you don't have to read it do you, so... here goes again....
Have you ever noticed how in every leaflet etc you are given about cancer, treatment etc , everyone in it is gardening and usually dead-heading roses..?. So much for finding a new rebellion- seems I have a future of pruning...
Everything was going to be okay, just a dark tunnel to go through but they always say there is light at the end of the tunnel. Putting on my brave face i took in the fact that it was cancer and that it was going to be a struggle but just kept thinking of how it was just going to take up a year of my life then i would get rid and live happily ever after...but lifes never that easy.
A few days ago i had an appointment with my surgeon whom was going to be removing my stomach. I was nervous because this...

Its just over a week since Julie left.
I have shed a lot of tears with friends and family
I have arranged for the funeral at Nuneaton Crem on 25th at 12.45am.
I went today to say goodbye and hold her hand for the last time.
I left a photo of the grand children in her hand and placed a bracelet round her wrist that our grand daughter had made. She is only nine but is strong enough to console Julies mum when she arrived back from the Chapel of Rest, distraught.
I have kept myself busy to try...
