Spent my five hours at work today with someone who was coughing her head off all day:((
I know I propley shouldent be worrying yet but dont want to catch anything so that the start of my treatment is put off.
Poor girl has only worked their a couple of weeks so dosent want to take time if sick but it dosetn help me.

PET-CT
This was done in a lorry parked in Addenbrookes car park, quite odd. A radioactive glucose injection, then sit quietly for an hour for the glucose to be metabolised by active sites. Any active tumour glows on the PET-CT. Two weeks later, I got my results - "complete response" for the tumour (it was 14cmx12x12 and had shrunk to 4cm diameter at a previous CT scan), but the primary site (testicular) glowed brightly showing some activity still there...
