Turned up at the hospital at 9am for my second chemo session. Unfortunately, my leucocytes were too low so they couldn't do it. I got an injection to help increase them and I have to inject myself Thursday and Friday. Have to go back on Monday so, hopefully, it will be alright then. Feeling quite disappointed. Who'd have thought they'd ever be disappointed about not having a chemo session? How strange life is.

So, my op is two weeks tomorrow, as far as I know. I have started my deep breathing exercises. Breathe in for three, hold for three, breathe out for six or more, repeat ten times. I've been really upset over the op appointments. When I first rang I was told the op wouldn't be until mid October, 19th. I was worried because it seemed a long time. Then I was told I was pencilled in for the 22nd of this month, leaving only ten days to get ready. It was a shock but I got my head around it after a few days.
