    It's off again...lol
So, it's a steroid week. And he's off...........been demanding food in the night and it's not even 9am and he is asking for chips and nuggets (this is after his weetabix and shreddies). Frankie's face has become bigger already, I'm sure it's not my imagination. I've noticed that the Vincrinstine upsets his tummy. He's been on and off the toilet all night. I'm glad he sleeps with me and I've got an en-suite! Less walking to do in the night. Anyway, he's quite bright and happy. His brother and sister...

    i thought this is lively

An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walks from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments...

The last 24 hours or so
This is my 3rd blog on here, and I still feel lik i dont belong, think that is what we all feel though. Yesterday my mum was going to Rotherham hospital to have a Bronchoscopy, I had very mixed feelings about this as it was the first real appointment that my mum has had since we found out that she had Lung cancer and secondry Brain tumour, Me and my partner picked my mum up at 10am and made our way there, the mod was sooooo quite in the car on the way there. When we got there my mum felt so relax...

    Next stop, Oncology Dept...
Hello One and All, Have a request to send a wee prayer on my behalf as I am scheduled to meet with my Oncologist this Monday, August 17th. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer( invasive, grade III) this past June. An annual mammogram picked up a cluster and the rest is history. I know Dr. Chan is going to lay out a course of treatment for me, and I am getting nervous with the prospects. Am scheduled to start rad. in September. Thank you in advance for your well wishes and prayers. ...

Hope this is just a blip!!
Having a down day today, in tears all morning imagining the worst. I knew it would come, but wasn't sure when. Went downstairs this morning and was greeted by chaos, dishes everywhere, enough dog hair on the kitchen floor to stuff a cushion, and a pile of dirty washing. Nothing changes, life around you just carries on as normal!! A friend asked me if I had sourced any nightwear or bra's for after my op and to be quite honest I had to confess that the thought hadn't even occurred to me. Would be...
