I'm a bit a somewhat nervous as within 2 weeks I was diagnosed as having bladder cancer and had my operation to remove the tumor. Had my follow appointment on Monday to be told I have more treatment to go through. Thinking I had plenty of time before my treatment would start . Then get my appointments through today to my treatment starts this Friday. Bricking is somewhat of a understatement. But like the old saying goes no pain no gain. Onwards and upwards.

Had my follow up appointment today and thought it was all done and dusted at Christmas after having my bladder cancer operation 3 days before Christmas and allowed to go home on the 23 December.
How wrong can a person be. So saw the lovely nurse today and thought the bottom had dropped out of my world. To be told I had had a aggressive type tumor and would be starting more treatment in a week or so.
And to put the icing on top of the cake I am told I have a 3 cm cyst on my left kidney that is going...

Dal has managed to beat the chest infection / cold which lingered for quite some time.. he also continues his treatment
Although delayed he has had a his CT scan and his Echocardiogram, bloods and Oncologist update...
It is amazing to report, that Dal continues to do well, the bloods continue to remain very good, the lymph nodes around his stomach are returning to normal, his chest/lungs though weaker than they previously were, and showing slight sign on infection...
