Well yesterday was day ten of me first cycle. Prior to starting I was told by the doc that my immune system would be at its lowest on day ten, then heads back up the way prior to getting the next cycle.
I don't expect it to be like this throughout the six months, but, I feel really good healthy energetic. Back to the way I was before. I probably didn't realise that I was maybe a wee bit tired at times but that's gone, and I fell "normal" again.

I have been through so much in the last year and know I got through because I had so much support and encouragement from everyone. I will be one year in remission on my birthday next month I'm still visiting the hospital a lot and working hard to try overcome the mental and physical scars of my cancer journey. Mum's funeral was yesterday and everything went according to plan. It made everything more final, she's really not here any more. Dad is not the man he used to be, his brain tumors are affecting his memory.

Does anyone know the final stages of medulloblastoma?My friend has a recurrent medulloblastoma which is terminal. Right I'm off to London to have some radiotherapy which is a new experience for me, i will be going every working day for 4 weeks so I will become a commuter.
