'It's back'...

Less than one minute read time.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2010 and after further investigations I was told the cancer had spread to my liver and my spine. I spent the remainder of 2010 undergoing treatment. During this time I endured a gruelling 6 months of chemo, a lumpectomy and lymph node removal, liver resection and a month of radiotherapy! I managed to keep a positive mental attitude throughout all of this and that was half the battle! During chemo I only had to take 10 sick days off work. 8 of those days were whilst I was having Chemo administered. I also continued to play my beloved netball. I've spent the last 2 years taking tamoxifen and having regular appointments with my consultant. I've also been trying to get back to living life after dealing with trauma of cancer. But here I find myself again, this week i found out 'it's back'...DEVASTATED!
