Chapter 6 - Weekend Break at Mum & Dad’
Saturday morning, looking forward to today as I drive to Mum and Dad’s for a mini break.
Be good I say to my boys as I leave to drive in the rain – typical!! Mind you the weather is better now than an hour ago as we woke to thunder and lightning.
I finally arrived at my parents after a horrid wet slow journey.

Chapter 4 – Results Day
Luckily it is Thursday today and I don’t have to work. Hubby who has been wonderful so far despite still having to go to his late mum’s house every day to sort that out for sale at the end of the month. Did I omit to mention we had another worry/stress going on there? Hey ho, c’est la vie, the house will be gone in a week.

Chapter Two – Diagnosis
I arrived at the hospital in plenty of time, parked and self checked in at the entrance and got my ticket to show the jumble of letters/numbers. This ticket would be my turn.
I arrived in the Breast Services Outpatients and confirm I had checked in at the Reception desk. I took a seat and waited after putting another number in the blue tray.

I read that you've been through a journey which is quite similar as my dad's he'd gastric Cancer in the lower part of stomach the stage was between 1 and 2 the surgery went well and after it he went through radiation and chemo treatment everything was going good but after a year and 3 months he's not feeling well and he'd problems especially when eating we went to the hospital and everything was pretty good and the doctor assure that he had no physical problems....
