Well I'd like to offer my opinion on whatever the hell's going on, but I don't have a clue what it's all about, and actually, I don't want to know.

I first used this site when it was 'what now' - yes, it was good, maybe this one isn't as good, I've never really thought about it - it does the job, doesn't it?  Puts you in touch with people who understand what you're going through?   I don't go in chat - tried it once when I was at rock bottom - and a) couldn...

    3 Days to go...

I've created this blog to follow my progress, side effects .fears, emotions and hopefully full recovery.

Wasn't going to start it 'till Monday but am struggling here before it all starts (self pity - just my luck!) I quit smoking 3 days ago and have a chest infection from hell. Can't breath, chest rattling, coughing (sound like a donkey..lol).

back in the old routine, but for how long?

Well, here I am back at home after my weeks away.  Holiday all but forgotten about after a week with my daughter, doing the school runs for her girls while she is on teaching practice.

It's lovely having time at home, but then the brain starts again - what is that ache in my lower tummy, what about the pain in my side... how do you convince your self the cancer is not back when you are in remission.  Every little pain makes you worry, so not enough sleep to make things worse.

    Not enough confidence...
