Yesterday, due to treatments, antihistimine, I got little done. Just seemed drowsy. Today, energy is better, no nausea. I will be home, open the shades, enjoy the sunshine, finish the clothes I put in the washer yesterday, and watch a son on live stream lead music at his church in Orlando. This week I managed to get 6 sessions of lymphatic drainage massage through NHS. People speak to your specialists as they can refer you. I was told NHS doesn't refer, my question was what happened to preventative treatment. I showed the results of me having these massages have saved me from pain and discomfort. I start radiation this next Tuesday. I have been diagnosed with anaplastic thyroid cancer. I have had a thyroidectomy plus a neck dissection which removed 46 lymph nodes.
I am 47 years old and all of this has happened over the last two months.

Just been given the news that my sister in law has been told she only has 2 weeks and will be going into a hospice. She was diagnosed with grade 4 lung cancer at the same time I was diagnosed with grade 3 ductal breast cancer.

So the Mirena has been in for 6 months now, as as planned, yesterday I had my hysteroscopy and biopsy.
I spoke to my consultant before I went in and she was certain everything would look fine!
I come round from the GA and she tells me my uterus looks exactly how it did 6 months ago. This was not what any of us were expecting and I feel crushingly disappointed and upset.
She’s sent the biopsy off urgently again so I’ll have to wait 2-3 weeks for the results. Depending on that...
