Another shitty night for both of us . Out friend arrived today and after doing my comedy routine and trying to make them laugh as inside I was drowning in tears , I went and found a consultant that had seen S. . I told him what had happened the day before and that I was not happy how S. was treated after the shock cancer news . She was then transfered to the ward proper and we had a visit from an oncology nurse…
Thurs 2/6.
The morning bought us the consultant that had told the Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor to come and chat to S. . He wasn't happy that they didn't pitch up and he went and chased them up to come and see her today .

Two Spanish doctors turned up , male and female . Came into the room , declined the chair next to S. , stood at the end of the bed , the male talking and shuffling…
Wed 1/6.
S. had been completely wiped out mentally and physically ( via what we found later to be a massive infection in her body and that it was shutting down to concentrate on fighting the infection . I had washed as best I could and had no clean clothes or toiletaries . Not relly told what was going on except for the draining of the catheter , more blood taken for tests , more temperature readings , more blood pressure…
tues 31/5.
First nurse enters cubical to take blood . Hopeless and rough and very unfriendly . A doctor enters and starts pressing down on S's tummy whilst asking again what made her come to hospital . Sent to x-ray and then sent back without x-rays taken due to doctors not telling the x-ray dept . that S. was being sent to them . Yet another doctor and another telling of wy syl is in the hospital. Now yet another consultant…
S. hadn't been well for many months and she just seemed to get fobbed off by her GPs with tablets and 'come back in a week if no improvement' . Over the Bank Holiday weekend she just seemed to go downhill very quickly.
