My son has just been diagnosed with leukaemia

Hi I noticed your post and popped over from another group. I'm so sorry to read about your son. It's easy to understand that your 'mind is all over the place'; it's a terrible shock to hear that your child has leukaemia and it takes a while for emotions to settle. There is a very high recovery rate from leukaemia in children which I hope will give you some comfort. I hardly know what to say, it's so devastating when your child is ill, but do please let us know how things go.

I have been on my Blood cancer journey coming up to 21years now and the one thing I do understand is that blood cancers are very treatable with good long lasting results - let’s look for this in your son’s case.
