Hi everyone.
My mum was diagnosed with terminal, inoperable stomach cancer in April and the doctors now suspect it has spread to her liver following her last ct scan. She is coming to spend Christmas with myself, my husband and our 10 month old little girl. I am really struggling with what to get my mum for Christmas as I would have usually got her some clothes and chocolates etc but I want to get her something really special. Anyone have any ideas? She has the most amazing bond with my daughter.
PLEASE HELP X
hi . I’m really feel for you . Christmas is such a struggle to get through sometimes .
I know you don’t know what the future holds but I’m sure just spending time together is all she will want .trying to be as normal as possible.
Making memories for you & a very special time for mum .
i have learnt that the most precious thing is time not material things . But maybe a little piece of jewellery that could 1 day become you daughters .
What ever you do she will appreciate it .
Sending a hug .
