I just had a conversation with my wife, as we all do. The fact that I'm fixing a few bits about the house, because I need to, leaky pipe, dodgy wiring. All because I can't see the point of doing our dram house up. I mean what the point. It was ours not mine. She had the plans and ideas, she had the visions. I just was happy to be where we were.
But like a Saint I worked on the house in my spare time instead of dossing on the beach fishing. . I jest of course. The thing is though we got bits done slowly. She never hassled me to bring hers, and by default my dreams to immidiate fruition. As long as it down for when we retire she would be happy.
So 12years to do our bungalow. Plenty of time.

I said to her, "I can't be bothered to look after the place now your not here."
She said," but I am here."
