…… stress relief!
We’ve all read about it, all thought about it and now we’re going to deal with it. Stress. It’s perfectly natural to be stressed at various points in life and no doubt, in small doses, stress can be quite healthy. In bigger doses most of us would agree that it’s unhealthy. What I want to know is how to relieve stress when it builds up to volcanic levels, any ideas?

Nearly did not get to bring in the New Year as my hubby,Victor, was admitted to Altnagelvin Hospital with pain and tightness in his chest! He has a history of heart problems, Heart attack 1995, 6months later byepass heart surgery at the Royal Brompton in London! Stent to another artery 5 months ago and he still has unstable angina and type 2 Diabetes to contend with!

Hi guys new here just about to start chemo with Pemetrexed and Cisplatin has i have just had a sucessful labotermy on my left lung for nsclc all my nodes were clear apart from one so they have suggested 4 lots of chemo to mop up any stray cells but the side effects are frightening me to death what should i do

New years day was the same as any other day for us Bert fell asleep on New Years eve at teatime and slept until 11 am he did wake twice for tea but never drank it as he was asleep before I got it upstairs. y his friend came round but he would not wake up until much later so he got to see his friend for 5 mins and fess asleep again while talking to him.

My goodness 2010 a new year and the third session of chemo begins on monday ( a new reason to the love the song i don't like mondays, another weekend of anxiousness will i have it or will i not) went on thursday for my meeting with my brilliant consultant who announced i have to wait to hear if i can have my treatment on monday as my blood count is low ! anyone had this problem...
I thought i would let you all know how the wee man is doing. On one hand he is doing good and the other not so. He only has another 2 chemo to get so he should be finished for the end of febuary. hes to get test done cause he is having a constant pain in his eye so they want to check it. Hi there. You can see from my profile that I have only my left lung remaining and that has a form of cancer that here in Spain they call adenocarcinoma broquioloalveolar recidivado. The result is that I am extremely short of breath and it is getting worse month by month. Is there anybody out there who has any detailed knowledge of this type of lung cancer and who can offer me any adivice as to the progression of this disease?
