March 18, 2014 I went to the Emergency Room with an ear ache I could not get resolved with antibiotics. They put me on stronger antibiotics. Suddenly, I am having severe breathing issues. I cannot swallow food without choking. I thought perhaps it was an allergic reaction to the new never had before antibiotic. The ER told me I had bronchitis. I go to my doctors office for a refill on my nebulizer medications to see if I can get some relief for extreme breathing issues and she has me stay in office...
There have been so many times I have wanted to write more about my husband's cancer experience but things change almost on a daily basis post treatment and it's difficult to comprehend one state before moving onto another. It's all logged in my brain somewhere - hopefully, although much of the onslaught I wish to forget.
September 2013 saw us being collected by the laundry machine of the wonderful NHS and told we needed to be washed and treated for throat cancer. That time seems light...
So i had my second op on Feb 21st. All went ok, however had my Breast Surgeon tell me at my check up on April 14th that at the moment they arent happy with it and are giving it until August this year to see how it settles. And i may require further surgery :( Im back at owrk this week - half days though as im still quite tired :(
I work in the hospital and i had to visit the ward where i had my op and i had a small panic attack, i have no idea why. very strange.

Well decided to finally put my story to a blog july 2012 i was diagnosed with testicular cancer although the tumors where not in my testicles due to the size of the lump as prof Howich at Marsden hospital called it i spent the August 2012 in hospital receiving intence cbop chemo to halt the growth and from then moved to the more relaxing standard bep chemo 5 days in hospital then chemo day 9 and 15 After that i just had to undergo a small op to remove the lump and alas my right kidney all done by...
We are now nine weeks into this storm and we still don't have a prognosis. The hardest thing is when your fifteen year old son asks if dad is coming home.
