Well decided to finally put my story to a blog july 2012 i was diagnosed with testicular cancer although the tumors where not in my testicles due to the size of the lump as prof Howich at Marsden hospital called it i spent the August 2012 in hospital receiving intence cbop chemo to halt the growth and from then moved to the more relaxing standard bep chemo 5 days in hospital then chemo day 9 and 15 After that i just had to undergo a small op to remove the lump and alas my right kidney all done by feb 2013.job done or so i thought April 2013 diagnosed with a reoccurance one chest lymphnode and a small spot in my left psoas muscle. Only a tiny spot of cancer prof howich said 4 cycles of tip and an op to remove the lymph nodes will do the trick. So bang went may june july august But i got though then the day i was told it was over my markers started to rise Pet scan showed nothing. Not a prob said prof howich.bit of radiotherapy Will kill of those unseen cells Well we though it had as my afp stayed at 50 Even started dropping. But Alas it was short lived jan 2014 my afp had gone up to 119 So back for a pet scan and no sign of the cancer feb 28th afp test showed it was upto 196 And i was told they wanted to wait till April for the next scan so tuesday i have my scan and next friday i find out my fate
