Well, I've been home since Friday, when the hospital let me out after 24 hours of intraveneous antibiotics, as they had noticed my blood counts going up. I'm sorry to say i am coughing more than ever and wonder just how bad I would have been if they had let me out Thursday without noticing, having had chest infections before. My nurse contacted me today to say I've got to travel for the chemo again as they can't give both drugs locally, and the op they were supposed to discuss yesterday never...

I had the night from hell last night, i had the most awful nightmares about this cancer i woke up trembling and sweating. I couldnt go back to sleep at all and was trying desparately not to wake my partner as he has so much to put up with. The results of my biopsy are due on Thursday and my imagination is running away with me! This has been my worst moment so far. I was sure I could hear my Mum calling my name, i lost her four years ago and today is her birthday.
I did manage to pull myself together...
i don't have cancer myself and i'm not too sure how this is meant to help, but its just all so unfair!

First it was my great aunt she had throat cancer, she deteriorated quickly but held out for her birthday and passed away the following day she was 84. Then a year and a half ago lung cancer got hold of my handsome grandad at aged 78 he was one day taken away from us without us even getting the chance to get use...

You dont relise how much you miss something, you take for granted the stupid wee things like the hugs the laughs and the wee stares it breaks my heart to think my dad will never make me feel safe again. sorry for being a pest again but i...
