Good afternoon all, I have a stage three anaplastic brain tumour I have been advised by my oncologist that I can fly even through the tumour is 100mm x 65mm and incural, has anyone been advised the same

If he says you can then you can. But if the situation changes you will be the first one to know. Assuming your physical condition is good enough to travel (queuing, waiting, boarding etc), the only worry might be who is going to look after you at the other end, if you are going abroad for example.
