I don't often start a post these days although I still reply to the majority of them on here. I exchanged a few emails with the Community Team this week and suggested this might be an appropriate time to re-share a blog I first wrote for MacMillan in 2022. Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries- all the trigger dates- are an emotional challenge for all involved during a GBM journey. I get that! The content of this blog is not meant to add to this so I will apologise now if it upsets anyone. The content is meant to offer love and support to everyone going through this journey. If my words can help ease the emotional challenge for just one person then it has been worth it.
