I think it’s an appallingly poor choice for this charity and I’m sure (though they disagree) that there are far fewer people joining. Why would you want to join such an unfriendly-to-use website?
I agree, I've had terrible trouble in logging in, it would not accept my password,i tried several times, enough to bring on the stress something none of us need, I think its pointless, and not as good as before. Very nearly thought to Hell with it.
Well as a regular thing I’ve filled in their survey (pulling no punches!) and also fired off another email getting the we are so busy’ instant response! I suspect they will just press ‘delete’ or send back the bland ‘this is what our users wanted’ response (with two fingers up!)
Hmmm, perhaps with some of the funds they get through the much vaunted but hated ‘brave the shave’ campaign? Our lass lost her hair 3 times, upset each time, and since she’s professionally ‘in the public eye’ it was sad for her. So I hate this! Hugs xxx
