Today has been a very good day.
Hi all. Operation went as well as could be expected but looks like I have some lymph node involvement too. Hopefully won't be too long until I can go and have them out too and get on with things. Came home yesterday complete with drains and a lovely flowery bag to keep them in. Everyone calls them my smoothie bottles. Have allready been back to the hospital today as I pulled one of them off my suction bottle and had to go and have it replaced. I keep getting up and forgetting that I am attached...

CANCER IS SO LIMITED..... IT CANNOT cripple love.. IT CANNOT shatter hope... IT CANNOT corrode faith... IT CANNOT eat away peace IT CANNOT destroy confidence... IT CANNOT kill friendship... IT CANNOT shut out memories... IT CANNOT silence courage... IT CANNOT reduce eternal life... IT CANNOT quench the spirit... Thsi will happen LOTS of times. Because I was tired I kind of jokingly said Im going to take...

    Brain Tumor
Hoping that someone can help me with a problem I have having at the moment. I started seeing a lovely guy. He recently told me he has an incurable brain tumor, he said the type was COED and it was an unusual type that a small number of people in the world had. He is attending the neurosurgery department in hospital and having it monitored with regular MRI scans, has had 4 surgeries to have it removed but because of its location in his cerebellum at the back of his head, it cannot all be taken away...

    Holidays and more holidays!!
Just got back from a week in Cornwall, which was fantastic. You wouldn't believe it but Clive was body boarding in the sea with me and the boys, it was fab to see him really enjoying himself and with much more energy. He is still eating well again and says he feels fitter than he has been for ages. He is thinking about going to Las Vegas as he has always wanted to go, and he can meet up with lots of American friends he has made through work at the same time. Of course he will have to take me along...
