Could the missing 4 be
1) poor or insignificant samples ?
2) a mix up at the hospital ?

But u should check it out, looks like u don't have a Gleeson score?????
U need to keep checking the psa because if I remenber your MRI showed a dark area in the prostate.
But anyway still looks good news
