Hi everyone,
my diagnosis is breast cancer metastatic that has spread to my bones, spine and nymph
I notice a lump at my back by my shoulder blade sometimes in April, it was tested to be cancer from the breast, there is another lump in my neck and attached to the muscle in my neck. Very hard and stiff.
I have started feeling pain on both lump and to sleep with that side is becoming a problem as that was the side where the cancer started from.
I have been on Xeloda, this is my 5th circles but the lumps are growing bigger, hard and painful.
Am going back to my oncologist today.
Has anyone experience this and what next can be done as the pain are progressing on this side from my ear to my back.
Please advise.
Hello , I am sorry to hear of your diagnosis and pain, I hope your meeting with the oncologist went well and that you were able to ask the many questions that I can imagine you had. I couldn’t help with your question from personal experience but i noticed that you have recently joined the Macmillan community and wanted to welcome you to the site and suggest a few other places where you might find the experience that you are after. I’ve put in two links below that I was thinking might help as you said your cancer was breast cancer that had spread to your bones.
