Hi everyone, I was diagnosed in December 8th, due to start treatment January 15th, I had a CT scan yesterday, Just received a call to ask if I want to atend an MRI scan on Saturday, is it usual to to have both scans before treatment ?, thank you in advance x

Yes, very normal. They need to make sure it hasn't spread anywhere else before they can decide what treatment you need.

Have been for MRI scan this morning, had a CT scan on Wednesday, is it the Oncologist who gives you these results ?, feel so scared of what they will say

Usually your consultant gives you these results depending on what your treatment process is going to be. If you are already booked for chemo then it may be your oncologist.
