Hi,

I finished my radiotherapy on 7th August and I found out on Monday that I have developed lympodema in my left arm.  I am on monthly implants of goselin and daily extremestane pills, so I am starting to have menopause symptoms, including stiff and painful joints.

Now my feet and legs are swollen and painful.  Has anyone else experienced this and has any advice to help please?

Also, does anyone know of any natural menopause symptom remedies that do not contain natural oestrogen that I can take to eliviate symptoms please?  I can't get any health professional to advise me.

Thank you.

It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'.
