Hi Pulsy1 welcome to the forum and sorry to hear how much pain that you are experiencing. Im wondering if something like a heat pack or a cold pack would be of any help along with the paracetamol? If you do decide to try either make sure if it is hot or cold that before you put it onto your skin you wrap it in a towel to keep your skin protected.
