My partner is having his third operation in a month this week. They are going to take some muscle from his back to fill the cavity where the large sarcoma tumour was removed from his thigh. What does everyone do whilst their loved ones are in theatre? This operation may be quite lengthy.
Hi Bonnie22,
I used to take myself off to the local park, that's great in summer but not so good now. Do you have far to travel? It might be worth going home, especially if it's a lengthy op; he might need extra time to come round.

If you find dust in my house, write your name in it. When the signatures overlap I'll get the polish.

Hi
Thank you for your reply LoobyLou49
I am 15 miles away so will probably make my way home and go back when he is out of recovery. It’s easier to keep occupied at home
All the best
