New photo id entry cards have been installed at work and we had the option to supply a new photo or use the one on our HR file. Mine may not be the best but it is four years younger, so no way am I going to change that!

so monday we had quite day which was lovely has had a busy weekend. then yesterday had kids around and my friend.
dad also talked to a charity about me going away and we had decided that thomas world sooner than later. so should be fun we thought center parks but wont be able to join in much.
today another quite day today. then see new thomas film with noah tomorrow.
treatment hopefully start next week. so nervous
So in the morning on Saturday I went to the park with kids that was hard work cause want to play but cant get out of my chair so had to sit and watch. then had restful afternoon watching gone girl. had a little cry cause my dad is easy to cry and thought how this never going to go even with a fight…

was ok day spent morning resting with few visitors and then kids came over for whole afternoon. Which warn me out but was very good day. Then watched Miranda.
Last night woke up twice with headache which took a lot out of me but this morning I’m ok.
Busy weekend ahead. The radiotherapy starts this week or next week so very nervous about that. But Keeping to healthy diet thanks mum
This morning was good we went to collects sister from friend then got few bits in tesco we was gonna to see someone else but head was hurting me so we went home so I can have painkillers
This afternoon we have my kids around then all stay for roast yummy. Saturday planned to visit the beach as nice weather then Sunday church so things to keep me going.
yes after about 5 weeks I can go home on Wednesday if all goes ok. Hopefully 2 scans I need before treatment will happen tomorrow or Wednesday.
Hospital been good but looking forward to having proper food. What I gathered is that they will need to get few bits maybe a carer every day but we see what happens.

so last week found out what I got. Started end of March where one of my eyes doubled they didn’t know what it was, they thought it could be Ms or can be other things. Had MRI and something showed up. But in June my other eye started double up then my leg was worble. So was in hospital for a bit but then they decided I should have a biopsy.
That’s when the results came in that I have brain tumour and where it was they can’t...

I am sitting in bed attempting to watch University Challenge but my brain is just too chemo brain dead to think straight so I think I will update here instead. Gutted, I used to love seeing how many questions I could get right in one programme, made me feel so clever...not feeling so clever tonight however.

I'm Not even sure what to ask my Dr. I'm worried to watchful wait without having scans an tests first.
Sorry to everyone to whom I have failed to reply or respond recently. It sounds counter-intuitive, initially, but the side effects continue to get worse after treatment stops - in my case exactly one week ago - and I just have not been able to reply to anyone about anything. The nature of the treatment especially radiotherapy, is such that it continues to roll on inside you even after the input has stopped. Think radiation sickness, Chernobyl, Fukushima .....
