Is anyone struggling with Aches in Limbs, tiredness , general feeling of not feeling well this is 11 months after radiotherapy finished. I also saw on mammagram check up lots of metal markers, I had a job to find out what they were but eventually got told that they mark the base of where the tumour was. Has any one found this as well?
A couple of quite good days, although the nights haven't been too good, waking and being uncomfortable. We've discussed this and decided to use the anxiety/sleeping pill when she goes to bed, and will hopefully allow here to sleep longer, if this does occur she'll move to her chair (with a gel pillow) when she wakes up and let her doze there. This delayed my treatment but finally started my 5.5 weeks of radio and chemo therapy in June. Reacted quite badly to both as my tumour was so...
A couple of months ago I was talking to my husband on webcam as he'd dashed back to the UK to be with his parents... his father had been diagnosed with cancer.
I'd been to the doctor with my son... he'd had a knock playing rugby and we wanted to check all was well. Whilst he was getting dressed I chatted to the doctor... filling time as you do.
"Why can't I drink alcohol? I go red, get very hot and itchy... last time I had one tiny sip and the effect lasted for 3 days"...
