Metal Tumour markers

Is anyone struggling with Aches in Limbs, tiredness , general feeling of not feeling well this is 11 months after radiotherapy finished. I also saw on mammagram check up lots of metal markers, I had a job to find out what they were but eventually got told that they mark the base of where the tumour was. Has any one found this as well?

    Hi Kito,

    I'm only a month post RT (had 15 blasts and 8 boosts) plus 6 cycles of chemo and lumpectomy.  It was only during my pre RT consult that she mentioned about the metal markers, neither my surgeon or my onc had mentioned them!!!!!!!!  Asked if they stay in for always and she said yes and I would be ok going through x-ray machines at airports haha ha.   I did have terrible tiredness and aching bones but that was during my Docetaxel chemo cycles.  Sorry you feel so rough, hope you feel well soon
