Found my way to The Room last night, down that long corridor and past all those doors that had distracted me in recent weeks.  What I want to say about The Room in my blog will, I hope, help others find release there too.

Yesterday was a good day. Drove for an hour to the motor agent for the MOT.  Once home found I could climb the stairs with two cups of tea for the first time in weeks.  Rested in the evening then, -BOOM! something went and I could hardly move around the house.  Pain in the right buttock region.

    -But I'm still rolling along.

Saw my urologist today for a routine update. But I have been much worse with pain the last 24 hrs. Told him all my symptoms and finished up on the couch for an examination, -not PR fortunately.

I have a painful left hip, a very weak left leg that won't bear weight and a tender liver edge. Sent straight off for hip/pelvic xrays and blood tests. My urologist came and talked over the Xray…
