hi Viv Barb Dreanweaver
not long back from first treatment as they mixed up appointment more stress was waiting nearly 2hours
anyway i want to thank you all for your help through this I was totally stressed
but u were right they could not have been nicer very kind got the right size first time so all was ok with that
I had a major wobble when I sat on the bed though it all hit me big time I am not one who cry’s easily but I felt very sorry for my self
we don’t give ourselves enough credit to what we have been through
being diagnosed with cancer, hysterectomy ,then sepsis now radiotherapy on top of a world pandemic no wonder we get the wobbles
but thank you again I felt if u all had held my hand through this
stay safe xx
Hi Lara, so glad to hear you got through your first session. Pity about the two hour wait when you were already beside yourself with stress! But hey, you did it. We are all stronger than we know and although we may weep, rant, feel angry or whatever, we deal with this, as we have to get through it. Your next sessions will be much easier as you now know what to expect., and afterwards it will fade from your memory. Well done, give yourself a pat on the back and a nice treat.

The first time is the hardest they say Lara 5, so glad they were really good with you and yes you did it despite everything you deserve to feel good for that. You know what to expect now and by the way your not the first to get your appointment mixed up , we all have our wobbles but here you are safe to wobble, to rant we are listening, i am glad the other ladies were able to reassure you.
sending you a big bear hug

Hi Lara,
Really delighted to hear you're through the first session OK despite the mix up with your appointment. With everything you've had to face you really are amazing in coping so well with it all. The table truly is a lonely place but I hope your stress levels are a bit lower now you're safely home. The next two sessions will fly by as you now know the procedure.
Take care, stay safe,
Dx
Hi Lara 5. Awful to have had to wait, I was like a jelly anyway when I walked in. Wobbles aside, you've done it girl! Now the fear of it has gone it's easy. I nearly got the giggles on my last session.
Onwards and upwards I say, Big hugs, Barb xx
