Been a little stressed recently, return to work stressful, some unhelpful comments from people expecting me to be 100% by now, and then started having some stomach issues. Had my third 3 month check today, and had started thinking…had things come back, you can’t help it can you?
Anyway, pleased to say, had my appt with my favourite oncologist, the one that makes me feel im speaking to a friend, and everything good, phew! Im due a scan before the next one, and he also said he didn’t expect this to show anything.
asked about Dexa scan ..as now 12 months after radiotherapy and that is going to be arranged.
and yes I asked about the beloved dilators, I encouraged me to use for another 12 months, but happy for me to reduce frequency of use, I currently use around once a week.
so I now need to chill…off for a swim this pm, and plans for a glass of wine or two this evening
