Silly question time!!!
Does it hurt having a pico dressing taken off?
Hi Nina
Bet your pleased to have have the dressing sorted. Did you get any advice re the itching?
Hope your recovery is going well.
Very pleased. Nurse was impressed with the way the wound is healing. Said she'd not seen one so good before. One stitch still there others gone and she said "there's no holes". She's put an ordinary dressing on and I have an appointment next week for her to check again. And as surgery having trouble with one nurse off sick, I have another appointment booked for the week after just in case!
If this dressing reacts over the weekend I'm to go to the walk in clinic in our local town or call out of hrs. I got some anti hystamine cream as a precaution.
Glad to hear the dressing is off and you are healing well. Sorry I didn't see your post about whether it hurt of not until now..I was out this morning trying to sort my son out..some housing officer wound him up and he went into meltdown so didn't get much sleep either. Anyway it's all sorted out now, took most of the day, but as usual wires got crossed, and he hadn't understood and panic ensued! I hope your new dressing won't react with your skin. Keep resting. God bless. Love lamb.xx
