Hello - I’m 54 and have my hysteroscopy booked for Monday 15th, scan was last Friday (5th) so things have moved quickly which is good and worrying at same time. A daft thing though - my GP phoned hospital to book a scan (made me wait outside while she did it which I overthink) and she told me I would get a call/letter by Monday 1/4/19. By Wednesday nothing arrived so I phoned hospital and they have a different database to GP surgeries - my appt wa sent to an address I lived at 2 years ago and they’d left a message on the landline number for that address. So had I not called I’d have missed appt. Mentioning it in case it’s worth a call to hospital to check on progress? Wishing you well xxx
Hystercopy was ok , worst part was the biopsy it was very uncomfortable but bearable, I am not coping well waiting for results ,ring hospital as I managed to get mine 4 weeks early to x
