Hi Iv had ovarian cancer for over 1 year i Finnished my chemo last November had scans done and blood tests they have found another nodule I see the oncologist on the 14th to disagree what other treatment they can give me if anything I'm not sure about this but my nerves in my legs and feet seem to be getting worse and feel numb is this normal it can be painful as well dose anyone have the same problem and has anyone had radiotherapy and what do they do
Hi smokeyginger,
I've not had radiotherapy but I have developed neuropathy (numb hands and feet) from the chemo. It can take a long time to right itself as the chemo can cause nerve damage.
Totally sympathise, it's so uncomfortable and painful. I would mention it to your oncologist. Mine didn't have any magic cure unfortunately.
Hope it goes ok with you
