  1. I will be seeing a Urologist for the first time tomorrow. The diagnosis from ultrasound and CT states that there are heterogeneous renal parenchymal lesions that extend into the superior aspect of the 8cm  thin cyst that has simple fluid attenuation. I don't know what to expect or what questions I should be asking at the appointment ? I did briefly talk with someone in the urology department and he told me we are possibly looking at a Bosniak 2b or 3 cyst. Not sure what this might mean? Can't find what the' b' stands for? Any advice would be much appreciated. Not sure what to expect or if this is curable etc.?
