Hi,
following chemo today, I was chatting to a lady about how annoying the tingling fingers can be. She recommended massaging Vicks Vaporub into the fingers and leave for a few mins then wipe off. It actually elevates it temporarily!!! Thought I’d share this for anyone else suffering although you probably already knew about this!!!
Hi again Jayne and welcome to this corner.
Vicks, new one on me, but if it works - great.
Peripheral Neuropathy can be a challenge and as I said, I found that exercising my hands helped a lot. 2 small rugby balls were my best friends during my long treatment as they helped keep the blood flowing and the nerves on their toes.
You are doing good and we are around to help out at any time.
((Hugs))
That sounds interesting and if it helps you, well worthwhile!
Hugs xxx
