I’m Eliza from the Community team, I hope you don’t mind me posting here. As you’ll all be able to see, the new site is now live!
Our new blog outlines some key information about the new site, and details about how you can give us your feedback if you’d like to.
If you’re not sure about how to use the new platform or have any questions, please take a look at our FAQs and our Help section.
Best wishes,
The Macmillan Community team

Well I posted asking where the signatures were but that has disappeared.
Where are our community champions? There used to be a signature under Chris and Mikes names. It’s gone.
And yes. It’s quiet.

I liked my signature as it meant people could see at a glance what our diagnosis and treatment was!

Hubby - Left tonsil squamous cell carcinoma P16 positive with neck nodes T1N1M0 - 30 fractions of radiotherapy and 6 weeks of chemotherapy, Cisplatin in December / January 2019/20
Me - Invasive lobular breast cancer - Grade 2, Stage 2 - mastectomy October 2019 - 15 fractions of radiotherapy December / January 2019/20
At the moment you can only see sigs by hovering your mouse over a persons user name. The mods have got a list of about fifteen "issues" that need to be looked at by the IT team so may be a while before all sorted.
Metastatic SCC diagnosed 8th October 2013. Modified radical neck dissection November, thirty-five radiotherapy fractions with 2xCisplatin chemo Jan/Feb 2014. Recurrence on larynx diagnosed July 2020 so salvage laryngectomy in September 2020.
I’m finding it a bit odd that I have to search for the most recent post in a thread - it used to come up automatically. So I missed Mike’s latest news as I was reading an old post in reply, not realising there was more if I clicked forward a couple of pages. I can be a bit dense but new members may also find this difficult. I’m one of those who doesn’t always embrace change, but really preferred the old site! I’m sure I’ll get used to this.

I agree with that, apart from getting used to the old sight wasn't easy but we do need to go straight to a new post and not the start unless you want to
You can. Tap the thunderbolt then the thread you want and it goes straight to the latest post
