6 years ago today I was in theatre having a total rhinectomy due to cancer of the septum of my nose, also a lateral neck dissection for lymph removals. I did have further surgery a few weeks later due to unsatisfactory margins that was partial Maxillectomy. I also had 6 weeks of radiotherapy. I went back to work a year later. Thought I’d share a bit of positivity with you all. I have a friend aswell who’s nearly 5 years clear of back of the tongue cancer.
