Nice to hear from you. How did u know about skin toxicity? Did u have a rash?

Could you taste anything having had Docetaxel?

I have struggled the past week, it being my first round and so tired right now. Hope things will ease up soon.

Hi claud, yh on my hands, my feet was okay. Was very red and sore started on day 8/9. Now my skin on my  hands are peeling. So I am being rested this week and start paclitaxel next week. No I could not taste anything on docetaxol  everything tasted like cardboard was horrible. Has the pain gone in your joints xxx

Hi Shaz , sorry to hear you had a reaction . Glad you got it sorted and you starting a new treatment next week .  6 weeks will fly by then you can put all this behind you xxxx

Yeah pain gone thank goodness, my worse days are 4 to 8. Do u find your pattern repeats each cycle? I find no joy in eating, did ur taste return and how long did it take? Is your Pacli every 3 weekly? I guess it's more tolerable.

I still have hair but the scalp breakouts are bad may be a reaction too (i get zits with allergies). It does hurt!

Got a bit headache today.

My only joy is a butterscotch sweet each day...rest well xx

Yes antibiotics kicked in and cough is much better, now 2 of the household have tested positive for covid  super stressed this evening. I've had 3 jabs so hoping I'm ok. Glad your starting to feel bit better how many cycles have you got to have ? x

Hi Claud H and Key hope you all ok , it's strange when Chemotherapy finishes. I have  got the Z acid tomorrow let's hope my teeth don't fall out just had them whitened ! Now I'm on  lepersol I think my hair regrowth has slowed down or even stopped. Please God don't let me be bald for another 5 years. I'm fed up .  Spoke to HR yesterday and I seem to have lost 5 weeks holiday as they won't carry them over so apparently you can be on the sick with a sick note and be on holiday at the same time.  Effing crazy .  Hope you are all ok ?  Thinking about you all. X

Hi Rhiwbina hope all goes well for you tomorrow, how are you getting on with Letrozole? I’ve been taking it for just over 2 weeks now, I have my first zoldronic acid in 2 weeks time, are you having radiotherapy? X

Hi Di,  thanks for good wishes. I'm ok on Letrozol I haven't noticed any side effects accept possibly my hair not growing any more. And I can't lose any weigh even though I'm on a strict diet and only eating once a day.   My children think it's still growing but I'm not so sure. I'm not really looking forward to tomorrow , it's in the chemo clinic and it will bring back memories as if my Chemotherapy is still going on. I'm not looking forward to another cannula having to be put in my hand as it's  still sore from the Chemotherapy . But apart from all that I'm ok lol x  sorry I'm all moaning tonight ! Hope you ok?
