Letrozole and Thyroid problems

Hi. I had Breast cancer 6 years ago and have been taking Letrozole now for just over 5 years. I’ve just started having problems with lack of energy, tiredness, diarrhoea, indigestion and today my body temp is 35.9. Been reading that this drug can cause under active thyroid problems. Anyone else experiencing any such like side effects? Pat

Hi, I have been on letrozole for 6 weeks now. Initially no side effects but in the past few days I have been suffering from tiredness and lack of energy. Nausea crept in along with sore heads. I take my meds at night to try and have a better day. Helps a bit. Haven't heard anything about under active thyroid but maybe worth speaking to your nurse. Take care Connie
