Hey,
I have sore feet nearly all the time - particularly when I get up in the morning, been seated for a while, had a busy day etc. It doesn’t stop me doing anything but I do hobble around a bit and after 2 days of work my legs and feet really do ache. Anyway today my local recycling centre had a foot circulation booster...it was very cheap so thought I’d give it a go....
So far I’ve just sat and had a foot massage....quite nice actually....if not a bit weird!
Has anyone tried them...? Just curious as I am desperate to find something to help....joint supplements and anti histamines have been to have little benefit....
Will report back!
Hi Galligirl
My Mum had peripheral neuropothy in her feet and she used a foot massage machine, which also used warm water in it. It didn't naturally cure, but helped a little.
