Hi all quick update saw breast cancer consultant post op appointment 15th January and surgery’s date 28th January lumpectomy followed by radiation hope everyone is doing well, xxx Jeanette 49
Hi Jeanette, I had two lumpectomies,radiotherapy finished end of July. My advice is use lots of Aveeno cream, I took a pot with me and applied immediately after radiotherapy and every visit to the loo, only had a red square after, no sores etc. I also bought some nursing pads to help with the staining in bras.
